EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and is also known as “Tapping”. We call it Tapping because during the process, we lightly tap on certain points on the body's energy meridians. This scientifically-effective technique quickly shifts our feelings and mindset. The technique completely honors your feelings but gives you the power to change the ones you don't want!
EFT can bring relief to people who suffer from anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), pain and other physical symptoms, phobias, and food cravings. It can also improve athletic performance and help with weight loss.
You can use EFT as often as you like, even if you're already seeing a therapist or taking medication.
